- The Baltimore office of an AmLaw 100 law firm seeks a Litigation Administrative Assistant that has experience supporting Litigation Attorneys to provide an elevated level of administrative support and assistance to a busy team of legal professionals.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal environment and stellar administrative support skills.
- General administrative duties will include calendar management, expense reimbursement, document review, document management, red lining, e-filing, and docketing and litigation support.
- Experience with a document management system, billing software, and time entry program is strongly preferred.
- Experience with electronic docket filing systems is required.
