- As an Evening Lifeguard at the Green Bay Kroc Center, you're on deck during the times when swim lessons teach life-saving skills, underwater hockey enthusiasts challenge the depths, and families create aquatic memories.
- MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ABILITIES: The physical demands described at the Wisconsin Upper Michigan Division Kroc Center are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be physically active in an aquatics environment; to stand; walk; sit; swim; tread water; complete physical requirements as defined by American Red Cross Lifeguard certification; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.
- Martial Arts/Parkour/Tumbling experience is a plus but willing to train for the right fit.
- Proactively ensure a safe recreation environment for all Kroc Center staff, volunteers, members and participants.
