Our team consists of highly motivated individuals, which exhibit nurture and compassion for our clients! We offer LPC supervision, flexible schedules, case consultations and clinical workshops twice a month, marketing, and client billing. Our ideal candidate is a graduate or fully licensed therapist, licensed to work within Washington, D.C., willing to work and grow with the company. Our ideal candidate has effective and timely communication skills with the company and with their clients, has dynamic rapport building skills, personable and has compassionate customer care ability. Our ideal candidate can work with individuals, couples, and families through a remote platform. Certifications are a plus. Mental Health Therapist responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients, leading remote sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, and referring clients to specialists as needed. Ultimately, you will work directly with clients to counsel them in treating various mental health disorders to lead a healthier lifestyle and manageable life.
