- Position is responsible for providing technical and servicing support and being an informational resource for onstage staff, vendors, and insurance companies for consumer loans, credit cards, mortgages, home equity loans, and micro-business loans.
- Supports credit card applications, processes maintenance changes and monetary transactions on member credit card accounts, supports quality review, completes research and processes necessary corrections, manages lien and title tracking, assists with general questions, and ensures document integrity.
- Support the needs of internal team members by answering phones, responding to emails, managing help desk requests and processing incoming mail.
- Handle claims, monitoring, payments, and maintenance related to insurance products.
