- Our Legal Assistants are key players in providing a range of legal and administrative support, including drafting documents, maintaining and organizing files, and conducting legal research in order to support legal counsel and others in the legal department.
- Experience Required: 3-5 years law firm or corporate legal department experience;
- Notary, or willingness to become a notary
- Technical Experience Desired: iManage Document Management System, CounselLink, LicenceHQ
- Draft and prepare legal correspondence, forms, documents, check and wire requests and other materials to be mailed, submitted or otherwise distributed to agencies, law firms, and other entities.
