- The primary role of a Lease Administrator is to actively coordinate and participate in all functions of Real Estate Administration.
- This position will share the responsibility of establishing best practices in the areas of Real Estate and Land Administration functions, timely payments of contractual obligations per executed Real Estate Agreements, and ensuring compliance with company and department policies and standards as related to Real Estate activities.
- Facilitate the tenant improvement/ construction allowance submissions to landlords by tracking construction timelines and document requirements.
- Analyze year-end reconciliations from Landlords for CAM, Insurance, and Real Estate Taxes are accurate and reflect true costs
- Update landlord information in lease management system as needed
