- The Lead Payroll Analyst works as a member of a highly functioning team and leads weekly payroll processing.
- The Lead Payroll Analyst serves as an escalation person for unique payroll cases.
- In addition, the Lead Payroll Analyst is responsible for audits and imports, data analysis, posting payroll to the financial system (SAP), payroll reconciliations, using critical thinking to manage ad hoc projects and requests, driving process improvements, and oversight of daily and weekly payroll tax administration.
- The role may be eligible for a hybrid office schedule to include allowing for in office 3 days/week (Tuesday and Wednesday are mandatory) and remote 2 days/week.
- Utilizes UltiPro (UKG), UltiPro Time and Attendance and POSITOUCH (P.O.S.) system for time and attendance gathering
