- About us National Grid is hiring a Lead Engineer in LNG/CNG Gas Asset Management for our Pressure Regulation department in Melville, NY. Every day we deliver safe and secure energy to homes, communities, and businesses.
- Job Purpose The Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Asset Management Lead Engineer is responsible for developing strategies, performing analyses, and creating plans that enable National Grid to build and maintain safe and reliable LNG facility operations while optimizing the return on investment from the company's LNG assets.
- Key Accountabilities Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Provide risk-based asset management support of LNG assets in National Grid's New York Brooklyn LNG facilities.
- Work with LNG Operations to carry out field work and investigation to evaluate asset condition.
- 7+ years process or design engineering experience or asset management at an LNG and/or process facility or similar, including naval or maritime experience required.
