- Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPurpose:Under the direction of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of their assigned store.
- Store Safety and Security: Maintains a safe environment inside and outside of the store by following proper security procedures and prioritizing employee and customer safety.
- Building and Equipment Maintenance: Audit the completion of preventive maintenance tasks and ensure equipment and building maintenance issues are documented appropriately, escalating significant issues to the Store Manager.
- Wash/Dry/Fold: Provides a consistent quality product to the customer; audits logs for accuracy.
- Addresses customer concerns and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner; immediately inform Store Manager of any claims.
