Once certified, there will be a continued investment in your training to keep up to date with our industry standards and corporate requirements.A built-in book of leads to assist in building your book of business.Membership model to build and retain your book of customers.Opportunity for career growth and advancement to Lash Extension Senior Stylist, Lash Extension Master Stylist, and Corporate Trainer with increased revenue and commission.Our front desk schedules all appointments, books the leads, handles marketing for the salon and checks our guests in and out so you can remain focused on the services.COMPENSATION :Competitive hourly wage plus tips during the certification training process.Generous commission plan on all ancillary services, eyelash extension services, retail cosmetic products, membership sales, and add-on services.Potential for bonuses for monthly/quarterly sales goalsOnce certified through our corporate training: Pay may range from $35,000 to $70,000 per year.$250.00 sign-on bonus after corporate certification.REQUIREMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the Cosmetologist or Esthetician are:Active Kentucky Cosmetology or Esthetics licenseLashing experience (preferred but not necessary)Motivated to learn new techniques and has excellent attention to detailInitiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and servicesExcellent customer service and communication skillsEnthusiastic and has a positive attitudeEnjoys working independently, yet enjoys working in a team environmentReliable and dependable work ethicADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILSJob Type: Full Time - 35 - 40 hours per weekSalon Hours are:Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pmSaturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pmSunday - ClosedPaid time off is availableGenerous discounts for our staff on all services and retail products  Compensation: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year WHAT WE DO:The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions.
