- We are hiring a Fermentation Technician to work with our great Brew team and create our kombucha by brewing tea, fermenting, and finishing the product with flavor and carbonation in the most effective and efficient way.
- Adhere to Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects in brewing.
- Maintain accurate, thorough and up to date tracking records of all brewing processes.
- Minimum 6 months brewing experience in a professional brewing/fermentation environment, manufacturing/food processing experience strongly preferred
