- The Kitchen Manager ensures that high quality and nutritional food is provided to participants and guests.
- This position will support both family camps, Camp Northern Lights and Camp du Nord. During the summer all of their work will be at Camp Northern Lights managing their food service space and staff.
- In the Fall, Winter and Spring their time will be split between the two camps supporting the du Nord food service manager, while also helping at Northern Lights for 6-7 weekends September to May.
- This position reports to the Food Service Manager.
- Maintains and enforces clean and safe kitchen work areas, stockroom, freezer, refrigerator, dining room, dish room and loading dock in accordance with State of Minnesota/ Wisconsin health regulations.
