- The Theater Battle Control Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Tactical Air Control, Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.
- The applicant Real Property Specialist will provide a wide range of complex real property functions relating to the acquisition, management, and disposal of government real property in assistance to the Real Property Office (RPO) and under oversight of the Real Property Accountable Officer (RPAO).
- The applicant shall demonstrate proficiency in handling real estate management and possess knowledge of Federal, State, Department of Defense (DoD), and Air Force laws, regulations, principles, policies, and practices to resolve complex issues with unusual combinations of diverse characteristics.
- Recommends alternative uses of space, in coordination with the Space Planner, which would not involve costs more than the benefit gained by the realignment, as well as consolidation and/or demolition.
- Assists with surveys, documents, and updates non-spatial data in the applicable space reporting tool as required or during routine inventories in coordination with Community Planners, Space Planner, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and CAD technicians/engineering assistants to maintain accurate, up-to-date, detailed real property data/floor plans in the database.
