- Follows established Bancroft policies and procedures and maintains compliance with Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and N.J. Department of Education (DOE) regulations, applicable state/local/federal regulations, Department of Labor (DOL) regulations, and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards at all times.
- Completes paperwork in a professional manner and maintains all documentation as established by Bancroft policies and procedures and as determined by Education management; e.g., case management logs, progress reports, weekly summary reports, student assessments, incident reports, Parent/Guardian/Other contact form, etc.
- Operates in accordance with the students’ IEP regarding employment, treatment, healthcare, sexual preferences, ethnic and cultural support, recreational/socialization/vocational activities, physical fitness and healthy living, family involvement, and disagreements and grievances.
- Willingly and effectively cooperates with Bancroft NeuroHealth, The Department of Human Services, The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and other licensing or state agency or local municipalities in any inspections and investigations, upon request.
- Maintains levels of supervision as defined in behavior plans; e.g., Individual Program Plan (IPP), Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP), Individual Education Plan (IEP), Individual Service Plan (ISP), etc., when applicable.
