Job Skills / Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Spot clean the lobby glass doors</li><li>Polish chrome on lobby doors</li><li>Vacuum elevator cabs, wipe cab doors, walls and tops twice a day</li><li>Inspect building exterior and pick up any trash</li><li>Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor</li><li>Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles</li><li>Check restrooms twice daily</li><li>Vacuum lobby once a day or as needed</li><li>Sweep stairwells and landings as needed</li><li>Remove all debris from landscaped areas as needed</li><li>Sweep building entrances</li><li>Clean and remove smudges, marks on walls, doors and wall covering</li><li>Report any lights out (exit, directory boards, etc.) to the Management Office</li><li>Report any solicitors to the Management Office</li><li>Where applicable, police lobby to keep floors and planters free of paper, debris, etc. Policing should be scheduled at high traffic times each day.
