- This position is on the ITSM team within the Service Management Office/Center of Excellence (SMO/COE) function and reports to the ITSM Director.
- This position will help manage, evolve and transform all ITSM operations for the agency in a coordinated and collaborative way with other team members and other functional units.
- This position will require working knowledge of ITSM best practices, BMC Remedy and practical experience.
- Participates in the Problem Management practice from a strategic and tactical perspective to understand requirements.
- Develop collaborative project plans for best implementation and adoption of a Service oriented approach for Problem management.
