- The IT Support Manager function is responsible for supporting Ategrity’s applications and systems.
- The IT Support Manager leads and mentors a group of Application Support Specialists in their support of applications used by Ategrity’s Agents and Brokers as well as leading a group of Technical Support Specialists responsible for the day-to-day operations of Ategrity’s desktop and infrastructure solutions.
- The IT Support Manager is a team leader within the organization, managing a team of approximately 6 support associates.
- The IT Support Manager will mentor and coach the support team on insurance specific platforms (Policy administration, Claims, Billing etc.)
- as well as fundamental desktop and cloud technologies such as Azure Active Directory (Entra), Windows 11, Sharepoint, Teams, Zoom etc.
