<p>General Summary</p>
<p>The IT Project Manager - SAP will be responsible for leading and executing complex technology projects for the SAP ERP platform by actively interfacing with business and IT teams. This role is essential in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects while maintaining alignment with business goals and objectives. The position will collaborate with the PMO, functional leads, infrastructure team, and system integrators to ensure projects aligns with overarching program goals and benefits, and this role requires relevant technical knowledge, project leadership skills, presentation and communication competencies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global delivery teams.</p>
<p>Specific Duties and Responsibilities</p>
<h3>Project Planning</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Stakeholder Engagement and Communication</h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintain regular interaction and communication with project stakeholders across multiple business units, including IT teams, and vendors, providing updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.</li>
<li>Schedule/facilitate meetings to provide project status/reviews as required to keep stakeholders adequately informed on project status.</li>
<li>Communicate any concerns with issues that may impact project schedule, budget or quality to the project sponsor and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Track and communicate status at both a detailed (task) level and a summary (sub-project or release) level for a variety of audiences, from the project team to executive sponsorship.</li>
<li>Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Project Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and task allocation.</li>
<li>Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, resources, and budget.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Risk Assessment and Mitigation</h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.</li>
<li>Work closely with stakeholders (business and IT) to resolve conflicts in prioritization and staffing.</li>
<li>Track project issues and drive resolution.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Change Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee change management processes, including training, documentation, and communication plans, to ensure a smooth transition for end-users.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Project Documentation</h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes (such as attendees, items discussed, what changed, blockers, next steps, action items).</li>
</ul>
<p>Post-Implementation Review:</p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct post-implementation reviews / retrospect to evaluate project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and capture lessons learned.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Quality Assurance</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to PMO guidelines and best practices.</li>
<li>Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.</li>
<li>Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.</li>
</ul>
<p>Perform other work-related duties as assigned.</p>
<p>Position Qualifications</p>
<h3>Minimum education and experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the medical device industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Additional qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on SAP projects.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of SAP ERP technologies, modules, and architecture, such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, BASIS, OCM, EWM, SCM, FICO modules, and custom RICEFW objects.</li>
<li>PMP certification and certified Scrum Master preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).</li>
<li>Practical experience in implementing and leading Agile Scrum planning and development</li>
<li>Strong understanding of project governance, software development and testing life cycles</li>
<li>Solid understanding of software development life cycles, contemporary project management methodologies (agile, iterative and incremental) and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.</li>
<li>Direct work experience in a project management capacity for IT projects in the areas such as infrastructure implementation/replacement, various enterprise software upgrades/maintenance releases, database management, commercial off the shelf software implementations and various system integrations</li>
<li>Familiarity with multiple operating environments, including Windows Server, Exchange Server, Server consolidation, domain migrations, Data Centers, Network platforms, Cloud solutions and collaboration solutions, SharePoint, Service now etc.</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective interpersonal ability working in cross-functional project teams.</li>
<li>Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills required.</li>
<li>Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Excel skills</li>

<p>Working Conditions</p>
<ul>
<li>General office environment. Business travel from 0% - 10%. Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Requires some lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds. <p>Starting Base Salary is $120,317 - $177,827/year.</p>
<p>Individual compensation will vary over time-based on factors such as performance, skill level, competencies, work location and shift.</p>
