- Project Summary: The Client is seeking a dynamic Administrative/Project Coordinator with a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and desire to work in a fast-paced, performance driven environment.
- The person will be the primary administrative support and coordinator for the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer.
- In addition, ad hoc projects will be performed as needed to support the multiple requests for information and presentation by Executive IT Management, which includes Human Resource and Financial analysis, IT Operational Planning, Training, and Local Government Awards.
- The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, mature, goal driven, fast learner with exceptional communication and organization skills, and be very adaptable to change.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Strategy and Operations Project Coordinator will provide the following services (but not limited to): Coordinate meetings on behalf of CSOO including preparation of agendas, distribution of meeting minutes taken, related correspondence, preparation of presentations, as well as all follow up activities.
