- Lead and manage the ticket sales team to reach and exceed daily, weekly, monthly individual and overall ticket revenue goals through sales of full season tickets, partial season tickets, group tickets, and flex tickets.
- Direct the Group Sales Manager in developing, executing, and leading the group sales campaign and achieving the group sales goal.
- Direct the Wild 365 Service/Sales Manager in developing, executing, and leading the season ticket sales, service campaigns, and Wild 365 events.
- Oversee Flex and specialty ticket campaigns and come up with creative ways to introduce new fans to hockey.
