- With minimal supervision, answer phones and provide assistance to customers in the form of quotations, order processing, technical information, and problem-solving.
- Provide backup support for the customer service website by responding to or forwarding customer inquiries.
- On a rotating schedule, provide 24-hour emergency on-call service to customers and field service technicians.
- Perform all functions necessary for the proper processing of customer orders and quotations through the use of the internet, order entry system, and PC software.
- Receives primary direction from the Customer Service Manager and will work very closely with fellow team members.
