- The Inventory Control Clerk will perform cycle counts by physically verifying merchandise in trailers, departments, storage bins, warehouse docks or the showroom.
- Performing a cycle count may require the operation of a stock picker in which all training would be paid for and provided by AFW. The Inventory Control Clerk will coordinate and work with multiple departments and facilities to resolve inventory problems and will report all discrepancies to the Inventory Control management team.
- Job Expectations: Commitment to AFW's safety policies and procedures and ability to promote safety awareness.
- Conduct Warehouse Row Cycle Counts and Audits Conduct Control Location Cycle Counts and Audits Conduct Showroom Cycle Counts and Audits Investigation of Warehouse Inventory Issues and Documenting of Errors Investigation of Product Issues and Identification Verification of Receiving Discrepancies Help Desk, including phone duty Able to operate a radio frequency (RF) scanner.
- Inspect all power equipment and complete the Vehicle Inspection Report before operation.
