- Role Mission: The IDEA Interventionist Teacher intervenes with small groups of students who have identified gaps of 2 or more years in Reading and/or Math with the goal of closing that gap by 2 years in just one school year.
- The IDEA interventionist plays a crucial part in ensuring that all students are prepared to successfully participate in IDEA's AP for All initiative.
- Employer-Paid Mental/Behavioral Health: 5 face-to-face counseling sessions within a year, unlimited 24/7 telephonic counseling, and other work-life services available at no cost.
- High level of content-area proficiency in Math and/or ELA as evidenced by teaching certification, field of study, or work-experience
- Teach Critical Student Intervention (CSI) small groups consisting of students that are academically at risk in reading and/or math to include students in general education, 504, Response to Intervention, Special Education, and English Language Learners.
