- The International Trade Analyst’s substantive focus will involve matters related to U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty investigations, and other unfair trade litigation (e.g., 232, 301 and 201 proceedings).
- Assists attorneys and clients with completing Commerce and ITC questionnaire responses (including sections A through D (cost), APO filing procedures, and Commerce verifications.
- Assists attorneys in the drafting of case and rebuttal briefs for Commerce, as well as pre- and post-hearing/conference briefs for the ITC.
