- This position provides pro-active support for assigned account relationships acting as key point of contact for the relationship regarding service and commission issues and resolution, marketing initiatives and campaigns, product training, coordination of due diligence responses, pro-active communications, and account sales results to goal.
- Work closely with the New Business and Underwriting teams on trouble shooting new business, commission, underwriting, licensing, and client service issues that have been escalated from account, RSD, or Regional Wholesaler.
- Coordinate responses on due diligence and RFP requests
- Drive strategic initiatives & tactics within assigned relationships: small incentive programs, awareness campaigns, product launch activities, onboarding
- Provide reactive support for RSD(s): meeting follow-up, territory management activities, marketing initiatives
