- As a senior architect/engineer, you will utilize your professional knowledge of architecture/engineering as well as project management expertise to oversee the business management of the most complex building and/or leasing projects from the preliminary identification stage through initiation, planning, execution and project closeout stages.
- Addressing/solving difficult problems in engineering design, planning, coordination, code/zoning requirements, site selection, development, and layout, or other architectural/engineering related matters.
- Reviewing the design of private sector architects and consulting engineers for programmatic conformance and compliance to codes and standards.
- Representing GSA and the Contracting Officer on Architect/Engineer, Construction Management, and Construction contracts as the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
