Process customer policy change requests.</li><li>Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.</li><li>Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe. </li></ul>Requirement <ul><li>Property & Casualty License</li><li>Commercial Lines Insurance experience</li><li>Intermediate computer and technology proficiency. </li><li>Preference for candidates with Applied Epic experience, though not absolutely necessary</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. </li><li>Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.</li><li>Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up.</li><li>Great Customer Service Skills.</li><li>Driven and goal-oriented individual.</li><li>Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.</li></ul>
