This is accomplished through the use of a consultative model, partnerships, collaborations, and mentorships. While the Instructional Designer III will not independently develop the online courses or programs, they will provide consultation and design based on accepted pedagogies, online design standards, and industry best practices. This position will also be expected to reflect, support, and encourage the design service vision and Missouri Online values. The design service vision is to be the experts at providing program and course support to each university in the system in order to provide a quality online education experience for all learners.
