WHAT YOULL BE DOING Under general supervision, the Instructional Designer will plan, organize, and develop complex training, curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific customer needs, including the development and implementation of an onboarding program for Lennox Residential Supply Chain. The Compensation range for this position is approximately $62,400 - $81,900 and will be based on the candidates qualification, experience, and education.. Key responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Analyzes learning needs and partners with subject matter experts to provide input for course content. </li><li>Plans and coordinates skills assessments and training. </li><li>Works with management to ensure course materials are current and relevant. </li><li>Works with local and field Distribution management to build and maintain Supply Chain Onboarding Program. </li><li>May be required to facilitate training. </li><li>Tracks and analyzes training programs by analyzing students proficiency and job performance. </li><li>Provides instruction and guidance to trainers. </li><li>Designs, develops, and maintains online, computer-based training programs. </li><li>Manages course content, enrollments, and student records using internal LMS system. </li><li>Builds, maintains, and leverages strong relationships with business decision makers and IT personnel. </li></ul> WHAT DRIVES SUCCESS: Having the right qualifications is only a part of what it takes to be a successful employee.
