- Collaborates with the other TTA team members to develop training programs and materials, including creating curriculum plans using instructional design principles, and training outlines that identify how to develop the skills consistent with identified core competencies and other LSC grantees’ needs.
- Authors e-learning content and modules for LSC grantees and internal capacity building using applications like Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, or a similar e-learning application based on project and curriculum plans.
- Under the guidance and direction of the Director, works collaboratively with the TTA team to design, implement (as needed), and maintain LSC’s Learning Management System(s) and platform.
- knowledge of and experience with leading practices in adult education, instructional design, and curriculum design.
