- Create, Send, and follow up on RMA's (Return Materials Authorization) to customers based on company standards, as well as customer specific requirements
- Use a custom Sales CRM database to ensure that accounts are in good standing and being contacted on the required rotation for the allotted account type
- Be proficient on the computer and able to type at least 30 WPM
- Convey a sense of expertise in product knowledge and problem solving ability with challenging customers
