- Answer questions and resolve computer problems for clients in-person, via phone or utilizing remote tools.
- Prep, deliver and install end-user hardware per company and client standards.
- Provide assistance concerning the installation and use of hardware and software including Windows operating system, printing, common applications and endpoint security software, VoIP phones and switches and firewalls.
- Client on-site visits and office time are required components of this role.
- You must be well-versed in all Microsoft desktop and server platforms, Office/Microsoft 365 applications and administration of same, Remote Desktop, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PC hardware, structured cabling, and routers/firewalls (ideally Cisco and Watchguard).
