- The Client's IT Department is seeking an Information Systems Service Desk Specialist with a minimum of three years' full-time IS/Service Desk experience.
- This position will be responsible for working closely with Client's program staff, to provide programmatic and entry level technical support.
- Support includes assisting callers with business applications issues, new user setup, MFA assistance, password resets, escalations, and provide supervisory feedback on assigned tasks, as well as other duties as assigned.
- Provide professional, concierge customer service to Client's staff, including analysis, troubleshooting, support of application systems.
