General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

<li>Provide excellent customer service to our clients</li>
<li>Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site</li>
<li>Respond quickly to critical situations</li>
<li>Ability to read and write detailed reports</li>
<li>Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards</li>
<li>Vehicle patrols</li>
<li>Foot patrols</li>
<li>Access control responsibilities</li>
<li>Ensure physical security of facilities</li>
</ul>
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
<ul dir="ltr">
<li>TWIC Card Preferred, but not required to be hired</li>
<li>A valid driver's license is required</li>
<li>Driving history must meet GardaWorld Security Services standards</li>
<li>At least 18 years of age or older (21 at Some Sites) as required by applicable law or contractual requirements</li>
<li>Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Stable work history</li>
<li>Customer service experience/skills</li>
<li>Computer and phone skills</li>
</ul>
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
<ul dir="ltr">
<li>Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)</li>
<li>Pass an extensive screening process</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain an Iowa Security Officer License (GardaWorld will Pay the cost)</li>
<li>Legally authorized to work in the United States</li>
</ul>
