- The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated passion for, and commitment to, working with unaccompanied children, survivors of violence, and other similar populations.
- Under the guidance of the Directing Attorney, the Supervising Attorney will support the team in providing direct services to vulnerable individuals and assist with managing our Unaccompanied Children Project.
- Maintain a diverse caseload, providing direct representation in front of USCIS and EOIR, with a focus on humanitarian cases (including Asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, U Visa, T Visa, and VAWA)
- Coordinate with staff who visit the ORR facility in Clark County to provide Know Your Rights presentations to the children
