 Position summary:
 
 <ul><li>Maintaining and heating and air conditioning systems and equipment.</li><li>Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.</li><li>Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.</li><li>Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems and parts.</li><li>Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Providing customers with appropriate repair and replacement options that meet their needs.</li><li>Maintaining logs and records of all maintenance functions.</li><li>Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.</li></ul>
 What we expect:
 <ul><li>2+ years of professional experience</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Willingness to develop professionally</li><li>Ability to work with our customer service platform (CRM)</li><li>Tools & approved vehicle</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record</li></ul>
