ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Attend project turnover meetings with project management team</li><li>Verify proper installation <ul><li>Device locations, mounting, wiring</li><li>Wire tagging, device and panel labeling</li></ul></li><li>Point checkout <ul><li>Verify inputs for setup, scaling and calibration</li><li>Verify outputs operate at multiple levels and for multiple cycles</li></ul></li><li>Check consistency <ul><li>Drawings</li><li>Database</li><li>Graphics</li></ul></li><li>Perform commissioning of DDC system to meet sequence of operation and specification requirements <ul><li>Test sequence of operations</li><li>Tune PIDs</li><li>Verify graphics/links</li><li>Verify trending, reports, alarming setup</li></ul></li><li>Provide redline markups on drawings for as-built changes</li><li>Modify logic block programs as required</li><li>Modify user graphics as required</li><li>Document all commissioning activities and complete pre-functional and functional test forms as required</li><li>Follow all site safety requirements</li><li>Attend project meetings as required</li><li>Maintain customer relations to ensure satisfaction</li></ul> REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE <ul><li>Associate's or bachelor's degree in related engineering/technology field</li><li>In lieu of a degree, candidates with 2 years of relevant experience will be considered</li><li>High School diploma or GED required.</li><li>Strong computer skills</li><li>Ability to use a multi-meter to read voltages and troubleshoot low voltage circuits</li><li>Excellent communication and customer relationship skills</li></ul> REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES The requirements listed below are representative of characteristics and demonstrated capabilities sought to perform this job successfully. <ul><li>Must demonstrate integrity, honesty, professionalism and commitment to company values.</li><li>Must be self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must have excellent organizational, communication, strategic, technical, analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.</li><li>Must have high standards of quality with attention to detail.</li><li>Must build positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees, management, suppliers, and customers.</li></ul> Notice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings for EMCOR Group and its companies.
