- This may include BMS, DDC, Local Area Networks, BACnet Networks, programmable controllers, digital controllers, software for job related District systems, HVAC, pneumatics, lighting, door lock, alarm, vacuum, compressed air, surveillance and security systems.
- Diagnoses malfunctions of district building automation systems and components, local area networks, BACnet networks, BMS and DDC software and components, heating/air conditioning/refrigeration/ vacuum/ compressed air/ pneumatic systems and/or components for the purpose of identifying repair/replacement needs necessary to maintain equipment and systems.
- Inspect, repairs, troubleshoot, and maintain, district building automation systems and components, local area networks, BACnet networks, BMS and DDC software and components, heating/air conditioning/refrigeration/vacuum, compressed air/ pneumatic systems and/or components for the purpose of maintaining the continuity of operation of District infrastructure.
- Recommissions BMS and DDC software, networks, and components to create optimal energy efficiency and functionality.
- Operate, maintain, and repair equipment used in heating/air conditioning, vacuum, pneumatic, compressed air, and refrigeration systems; preparing and maintaining accurate records; adhering to safety practices; and handling hazardous materials.
