- Serve as a resource to employees concerning Workers Compensation; respond to inquiries and provide technical information concerning related laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Receive and process accident reports and workers’ compensation claims.
- File all required forms and information to the insurance carrier in a timely manner.
- Communicate with workers’ compensation insurance carrier, claims adjusters, health care providers, managers, and employees, to ensure appropriate processing and ongoing management of claims.
