- The essential duties and responsibilities of this position are: recruiting to include screening, reference checking, and onboarding; entering new employees into Kronos and Relias computer systems; responsible for file maintenance, office supply inventory and assisting employees with issues as appropriate, other duties as assigned.
- The minimum education, experience and qualifications for this position are: Bachelor’s degree preferred; one to three years human resources experience required; previous human resources experience in health care preferred; ability to travel periodically to other PH sites; and flexible hours.
- Must be customer service oriented able to multi-task, be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess strong computer skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
