- Our client in the education industry is currently looking for a Human Resources Director.
- Responsible for compliance with federal and state legislation pertaining to all personnel matters, such as FMLA, ADA, Sexual Harassment, OSHA, Worker’s compensation, ERISA, etc.
- Ensures 403(b) plan compliance with ERISA regulations and coordinates filing of IRS Form 5500
- Counsels employees regarding disciplinary problems and provide mediation when necessary.
- Consults with personnel legal counsel as appropriate, and/or as directed by the Executive Director of school on personnel matters.
