- Provides administrative support for full life-cycle talent management.
- Coordinates and administers a variety of HR-related responsibilities, including but not limited to record-keeping, project coordination, employee communications, HR administration, etc.
- May assist with reporting, internal audits, and compliance assessments – e.g., I-9, Joint Commission, HRSA.
- May serve as a backup in a Junior HR Generalist capacity, as needed for end-to-end talent management.
- Prior work experience with an FQHC is a plus.
