- Has primary accountability for the administration of the HRIS system, working closely with key staff members to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support effective technology solutions for HR processes.
- Manages the administration of the HRIS system and serves as the technical point-of-contact in all HR functions reliant upon HRIS data and report generation.
- Maintains expert user knowledge of HRIS system(s) including the ADP payroll system and Compliatric compliance software.
- This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, no weekends, or holidays.
- Neighborhood Health Association (NHA), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is the largest community health center system in Northwest Ohio with partnerships that include ProMedica, Mercy Health, and University of Toledo Medical Center.
