- The Horticulture Specialist is responsible for the design, cultivation, care, and management of large-scale collections of botanical species of trees, palms, fruits, vegetables, shrubs, groundcovers, flowers, ornamental plants, and hardscapes.
- Such duties include planning and designing specialized areas and thematic displays throughout the Gardens seasonally employing Best Management Practices in horticulture.
- This position requires strong knowledge of plant science, and plant care techniques including pest control, soil management, and disease mitigation.
