- Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Homeless Services is seeking a dynamic professional to determine housing eligibility of clients for the Housing Assistance Program (HAP).
- This position reports to the HAP Program Manager, Homeless Services Program (HSP).
- Issue vouchers (authorization to locate housing); generate, submit and track inspection requests / completed inspections; determine rent reasonableness; prepare landlord contracts and related correspondence; maintain electronic and written communication with clients, co-workers, landlords, and other housing agencies.
- In conjunction with the Housing Coordinator and other staff, implement and modify, as needed, the Administrative Manual and all standard operating procedures for the program.
- NOTES(EQUIVALENCIES): Have an equivalent combination of education and experience including associate degree in social work, human services and/or related field; career experience in social services, supportive housing, or work with persons with disabilities.
