<li>Provides personal care and rehabilitative services and assists in activities of daily living as directed by the Director of Clinical Services or the supervising Registered Nurse.</li>
<li>Participates in the development and implementation of a realistic goal-oriented plan of care.</li>
<li>Provides nutritional support by preparing grocery lists and meals, assisting with feeding and fluid intake, keeping record of nutritional intake.</li>
<li>Assists clients in administering medication.</li>
<li>Assists with personal care functions including grooming, bathing, toileting, dressing wounds, taking simple vital sign measurements and recording.</li>
<li>Helping clients exercise, move around the house and transfer them when required.</li>
<li>Accompanies clients to medical appointments.</li>
<li>Assists in socialization and recreation activities.</li>
<li>Helps with personal housekeeping duties.</li>
</ul>
<p>Live In Daily Rate: $228.15- $241.15</p>
