AIMS has several openings for Laborers with experience. **Immediate Start and Excellent Pay!** **Job Description:** Typical duties include, but are not limited to:<br/><br/><ul><li>Responsible for keeping the equipment clean inside and out.</li><li>Responsible for following company policies.</li><li>Completing paperwork, forms, and records as needed</li><li>Follow all company and OSHA mandated safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Follow local and federal DOT Regulations while assisting in the operation of machinery and vehicles</li><li>Good communication with other employees and customers.</li><li>Regular Attendance as part of a crew This list is not a full description of the duties of the position. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the companys operational needs. Qualifications **Requirements:**</li><li>Must be okay working in various weather conditions including heat and snow.</li><li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend and twist at the waist, climb stairs, and walk without assistance.</li><li>Regular attendance is required . As part of a 2-man crew you must have good attendance otherwise work cannot be performed. BEING ON-TIME IS A MUST!!</li><li>Travel may required. Per Diem paid for all travel in addition to regular pay.</li><li>All applicants must have a clean driving record and must be 18+ years old.</li><li>A pre-employment drug test and background check is required.</li><li>High school diploma or GED required. **Preferred qualifications include:**</li><li>Above-average customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision making ability.</li><li>Capable of working under time constraints to ensure critical deadlines are met. **Working Conditions:** This position may require exposure to various weather conditions (i.e heat, rain, snow).
