- To keep up with this rapid expansion, they’re looking for a savvy Help Desk Technician with vast experience installing and troubleshooting Windows, Macintosh, and telephony systems to support their national team.
- You will bring telephony and contact center experience to the existing support team and work both responsively and proactively to ensure maximum uptime for team members.
- Note, experience with telephony platforms is a necessity, and preference will be given to those with Twilio and Twilio Flex experience.)
- In order to do this job right, you need to have 2 to 4 years’ experience installing and troubleshooting Windows and Macintosh operating systems and 2 to 4 years’ experience troubleshooting telephony systems (this is a must).
