Working Environment/Physical Requirements Actively participates in safety and risk management activities while providing feedback to the appropriate supervisor with any concerns identified with the work environment. Work environment includes residents who may have memory problems, incontinence, and who may need assistance with ambulation. Position may require some strenuous physical work. Heavy lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 100 pounds occasionally (with assistance) and/or up to 50 pounds frequently. May assist residents in wheelchairs or with using walkers. This position requires bending, stooping, reaching, frequent ambulation both inside and outside the community and keyboarding.
