- Supervises, coordinates, and schedules activities of employees engaged in Teller functions, ensuring that work is performed in accordance with established policies and procedures such as: accurately accounting for funds received and disbursed, correctly recording member transactions in the credit union's data processing system, and providing information to members with respect to their financial and other transactions at the credit union.
- Daily ensure all teller transactions are balanced: searching records to assist tellers in locating/reconciling posting errors.
- Audit teller cash drawers when needed and remove cash to vault to reduce drawer levels when appropriate.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus one to three years related experience and/or training in a full service financial institution.
